Terms
Simple rules for small local plans.
What AlongFor is
AlongFor is a pilot service for proposing small local plans and inviting others to tag along. It is currently in beta and offered as-is.
Accounts and access
You need an account to create plans or request to join. Keep your email address up to date — sign-in is passwordless via a one-time magic link. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.
Your content
You are responsible for what you post. Don't create fake plans, spam, scams, or content that endangers others. Private meet and contact details are only revealed to people you approve — don't share other people's details without permission.
Safety is shared
We provide tools (report, block, approve-to-reveal) but cannot guarantee anyone's safety. Meet in public when you can, and use your own judgement about who you meet.
Beta and availability
This is a development service. Features may change, be removed, or break. We may take the service down for maintenance or end the pilot at any time. There is no guarantee of uptime, data retention, or continuity.
Liability
AlongFor is provided free as a pilot. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the service or from in-person meetups arranged through it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of AlongFor after changes means you accept the updated terms.
